Online Ordering

Ordering online with us is safe and secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the goods for any reason and return same unworn and in their original packaging (along with any free gifts) to us by post within seven days of delivery we will exchange or refund the cost of the goods. You must return them to us using a registered post with any postage costs to be incurred by the customer.

The above is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.

Delivery

If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to process your order for delivery to you within seven to ten working days.

A flat rate delivery charge (inclusive of postage and packaging) of £4.55 per order is made for delivery to any proper address within the United Kingdom.

Prices

The prices quoted are, where applicable, inclusive of V.A.T. at the standard rate and exclusive of delivery charges.

Title and Risk

Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you on delivery.

Complaints

Should you have any reason to complain about our service, we will aim to deal with matters effectively, fairly and in full confidence. We will acknowledge complaints within five working days and we will give you a timescale for resolving the matter. You will be kept informed at all times.
